Be legal, be honest, and don't harm others or the platform. That covers 99% of it — the details follow.

Prohibited content

• Anything illegal under applicable law, including content that infringes copyright or trademarks.
• Malware, phishing pages, or tools designed to attack or defraud others.
• Content promoting violence or exploitation.

Prohibited activity

• Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or operating open relays.
• Attacking, scanning or attempting to access other systems without authorisation.
• Crypto-mining, botnets, or knowingly running processes that degrade the platform for others.

Fair use of shared resources

"Unlimited" features are shared fairly among customers on shared platforms. Accounts that persistently consume resources far beyond normal website use may be asked to upgrade to a VPS or dedicated solution better suited to their workload — we'll always talk to you first where possible.

Enforcement

Depending on severity we may warn, suspend or terminate offending services. Where content presents an immediate risk to others (e.g. active phishing), suspension may be immediate. We cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.

Reporting

If you see a site on our platform breaking these rules, please report it — we investigate every report.
