This page explains your rights under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR and how we handle requests to exercise them. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect and why.

The lawful bases we rely on

• Legal obligation — to keep billing and tax records and to respond to lawful requests.
• Legitimate interests — to secure our platform, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve our services, balanced against your rights.
• Consent — for optional marketing and non-essential cookies, which you can withdraw at any time.

Your rights

• Access — get a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification — have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
• Erasure — ask us to delete your data where we no longer have a lawful reason to keep it.
• Restriction — ask us to pause processing while a concern is resolved.
• Portability — receive the data you gave us in a common, machine-readable format.
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time.
• Withdraw consent — where we rely on consent, withdraw it without affecting earlier processing.

How to make a request

Email info@ifasthosting.com with "Data request" in the subject and tell us which right you want to use. We may need to verify your identity. We respond within one month; for complex requests we may extend this by up to two further months and will tell you if so. There is no charge unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

International transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the UK or EEA — for example to a sub-processor — we rely on an adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses with appropriate safeguards. Our Data Processing page lists the processors we use.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please contact us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or your local supervisory authority.
