The agreement between you and iFastHosting — written to be read, not to hide things.

1. Agreement

By ordering or using any iFastHosting service (hosting, domains, servers or related products) you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our services

We provide web hosting, domain registration and related services as described on our website. We aim for a 99.9% service uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance which we announce in advance where practical.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, for all activity under your account, and for keeping your contact details accurate so we can reach you about your services and renewals.

4. Payments & renewals

Prices are displayed in your local currency before you buy. Services renew at the listed renewal price — we do not inflate renewals beyond the pricing shown. Invoices unpaid after their due date may lead to suspension and, after continued non-payment, termination of the service.

5. Refunds

New hosting plans are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee as described in the Refund Policy. Domain registrations are generally non-refundable once registered, as they are activated instantly with the registry.

6. Acceptable use

Your use of our platform must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: no illegal content, no spam, no malware, no abuse of shared resources. We may suspend services that put other customers or our platform at risk.

7. Domains

Domain registrations are additionally subject to the registry's own terms and ICANN policies. Renewal reminders are sent to your account email; keeping that address current is essential to avoid losing a domain.

8. Backups & your data

We operate routine platform backups, but you remain responsible for keeping your own copies of important data. Your content belongs to you — we claim no ownership of what you host.

9. Liability

We provide services with care and skill, but to the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses (such as lost profits or lost data) arising from service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

You may cancel at any time from your client area. We may terminate services that breach these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
