Respect for your data, and a straight answer on what we collect and why.

Open an account or place an order, and we take the details required to run the service for you: name, email address, billing address, and confirmation details for the payment. Browsing the site produces standard technical data as well, IP address and browser type among it, which we put to two uses: security, and showing prices automatically in your local currency.
Your personal information is not something we sell. Not to anyone.
Register a domain and the registrant contact details have to go to the relevant registry, because ICANN and registry policies demand it. You can add ID protection to your domains, which keeps your personal details out of the public WHOIS records.
Partners that keep the service running get the minimum they need and nothing beyond it: our infrastructure providers, domain registrars and payment processors. Each one handles the data under its own safeguards, and for one purpose only, which is delivering the service.
Essential cookies hold your session open, remember which currency you chose, and run the shopping cart. Tracking that is not essential we keep to a minimum.
Encryption in transit protects the data, with SSL/TLS everywhere, and access controls and monitoring sit behind that. Perfect systems do not exist. Security still gets treated here as a first-class feature, for your sites as much as for your data.
Account and billing records stay with us while your account remains active, and for as long afterwards as legal and accounting duties require, after which we either delete them or anonymise them.
Your details sit in the client area, open to you at any time for viewing or changing, and a copy of your personal data, or its deletion, is yours to request by contacting us. Every request gets a prompt reply from us.
