Your data, handled with respect — here's exactly what we collect and why.

When you create an account or place an order we collect the details needed to provide the service: your name, email address, billing address, and payment confirmation details. When you use our website we also collect standard technical data such as IP address and browser type, used for security and to auto-display prices in your local currency.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Registering a domain requires passing registrant contact details to the relevant registry, as required by ICANN and registry policies. ID protection is available on your domains to keep your personal details out of public WHOIS records.
We share only what is necessary with the partners that make the service work: our infrastructure providers, domain registrars, and payment processors. Each processes data under their own safeguards and only for the purpose of delivering the service.
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, remember your currency and operate the shopping cart. We keep non-essential tracking to a minimum.
Data is protected with encryption in transit (SSL/TLS everywhere), access controls and monitoring. No system is perfect, but we treat security as a first-class feature, for your sites and your data alike.
We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as required for legal and accounting purposes, then delete or anonymise them.
You can access and update your details from your client area at any time, and you may request a copy or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. We respond to all requests promptly.
