Service Level Agreement

A clear, written uptime commitment — and what we do if we fall short.

Last updated: 22 August 2026

This Service Level Agreement (SLA) is part of our Terms of Service and applies to shared, business, WordPress, reseller and VPS hosting.

Uptime commitment

We target 99.9% network uptime, measured monthly. In practice that allows for no more than about 43 minutes of qualifying downtime in a 30-day month.

How uptime is measured

"Uptime" means the availability of our network and the server your service runs on, measured by our monitoring. Downtime is counted from the point we confirm a qualifying outage to the point service is restored, rounded to the nearest minute.

What is excluded

Service credits

If qualifying uptime in a calendar month falls below 99.9%, you can claim a credit against a future invoice:

Credits are the sole and exclusive remedy under this SLA and are capped at the affected month's hosting fee.

How to claim

Open a ticket or email info@ifasthosting.com within 30 days of the outage, with the dates and times affected. Your account must be in good standing.
