Complaints Procedure

If something has gone wrong, we want to hear about it and put it right — quickly and fairly.

Last updated: 22 August 2026

We aim to give every customer a service worth recommending. When we miss that mark, this procedure explains how to tell us and what to expect.

Step 1 — Tell us

The fastest route is a support ticket from your client area, or email info@ifasthosting.com with "Complaint" in the subject. Please include your account or domain, what went wrong, and what you'd like us to do about it.

Step 2 — We acknowledge

We acknowledge every complaint within one business day and give you a single point of contact so you're not repeating yourself.

Step 3 — We investigate and respond

We aim to give a full response within five business days. If a complaint is complex and needs longer, we'll tell you why and keep you updated until it's resolved.

Step 4 — Escalation

If you're not satisfied with our response, reply and ask for it to be escalated. A senior member of the team will review the matter afresh and give you a final response.

If we still can't agree

We would always rather resolve things directly. If we cannot, you retain all of your legal rights, including any right to alternative dispute resolution or to bring a claim. Consumers in the UK can find independent guidance from Citizens Advice; consumers in the EU can use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

Our commitment

We treat every complaint as a chance to improve. We record them, look for patterns, and fix the underlying cause where we find one — not just the individual case.
