We provide hosting infrastructure; we do not monitor or control the content our customers publish. Where we are notified of material that infringes copyright, we act under a notice-and-takedown process, consistent with the hosting-provider protections in UK and EU law and with the US DMCA where it applies.
If you believe content hosted on our platform infringes your copyright, email info@ifasthosting.com with "Copyright notice" in the subject and include:
On receiving a complete notice we will review it and, where appropriate, disable access to the material and pass the notice to the customer responsible. Incomplete or clearly abusive notices may be rejected.
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with the material's location, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was an error, and your consent to jurisdiction. We may restore the material unless the complainant pursues legal action.
Accounts that are the subject of repeated, valid infringement notices will be suspended or terminated.
