The 30-day money-back guarantee

Every new shared, business, WordPress and website-builder hosting plan is covered by a full 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy within your first 30 days, we'll refund the hosting fee in full — no questions, no hoops.

What's covered

• First-time purchases of shared, business, WordPress and builder hosting plans.
• Both monthly and annual billing terms.

What's not covered

• Domain registrations, transfers and renewals — these activate instantly at the registry and cannot be reversed, so they are non-refundable. If your hosting order included a free domain, the domain remains yours for its registered year.
• VPS, reseller and dedicated server fees after the first 30 days.
• Renewal payments (you can cancel before any renewal to avoid being charged).

How to claim

Open a ticket from your client area or email info@ifasthosting.com within 30 days of your order, and tell us you'd like a refund. That's genuinely all it takes — refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 5–7 business days.

Cancelling anytime

There are no lock-in contracts. You can cancel any service from your client area at any time; the service then runs until the end of its paid period.
