Take out a new shared, business, WordPress or website-builder hosting plan and a full 30-day money-back guarantee comes with it. Unhappy inside those first 30 days? We refund the hosting fee in full, with no questions put to you and no hoops to jump through.

What's covered

• First-time purchases of shared, business, WordPress and builder hosting plans.
• Both monthly and annual billing terms.

What's not covered

• Domain registrations, transfers and renewals — the registry acts on these the moment they are placed, and nothing undoes that, so no refund is possible. Where a free domain came with your hosting order, it stays yours for the year already registered.
• VPS, reseller and dedicated server fees after the first 30 days.
• Renewal payments (you can cancel before any renewal to avoid being charged).

How to claim

Raise a ticket from within your client area, or email info@ifasthosting.com within 30 days of placing your order, saying that you want your money back. Nothing else is required. The refund returns to the payment method you originally used, and usually lands within 5–7 business days.

Cancelling anytime

Lock-in contracts do not exist here. Cancel any service whenever you like from the client area, and it keeps running until the paid period it sits in comes to an end.
